I just finished the afternoon interviewing six DLSU ECE graduates hoping to be accepted in the Company's Management Trainee program. It's sort of an accelerated hiring program for fresh-grads. If accepted and after 1.5 years working for the Company, he/she is automatically promoted to Senior Engineer level ---a promotion which usually takes 3-4 years.

I'm supportive of this program except that I think it's unfair for our HR to specify that only fresh-grads from UP, La Salle, and Ateneo are accepted to this program.

It's unfair, really, no matter how you look at it.
